Bob brings his 25 years’ experience in private and public management, strategy, regulation, policy analysis, public finance specialist with worldwide experience designing, managing, and implementing economic governance, public sector reform programs, program support experience, and domestic resource mobilization (DRM) to lead our healthcare and public finance practices. He holds a DVM from the University of Ibadan, MBA/MS from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania, MPH from George Washington University, and a PGDip Financial Strategy from the University of Oxford.

Prior to joining the communications industry, Chris was a Manager with First National Bank of Nebraska. He holds a BSBA in Finance and Banking and an MS in Financial and Monetary Economics both form the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
